To make a booking, you'll need your flight details (for airport transfers), pickup and drop-off addresses, preferred pickup time, number of passengers, amount of luggage, and contact information. For airport pickups, we'll also need your flight number for tracking purposes.

Yes, all our drivers are professionally licensed, fully insured, and undergo regular background checks. They are also trained in customer service and have extensive knowledge of the Greater Toronto Area.

Your driver will meet you at the designated meeting point with a name sign. For international arrivals, this is typically just outside customs. For domestic arrivals, it's near the baggage claim area. You'll receive detailed meeting instructions prior to your pickup.

We monitor all flights and adjust pickup times accordingly at no additional charge. Your driver will be there to meet you regardless of any delays.

We provide 60 minutes of free waiting time for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights from the actual landing time. Additional waiting time is charged at our standard rates.
